We perform this screening when a business applies to join our network and, if the business is accepted, whenever concerns are brought to our attention. The installation team of Alberto, Javier, and Luis did an excellent job. It was a three- day job to ensure the quality of the window installation. He goes above and beyond his duty to ensure that customers receive quality products and installation. He facilitates any issues in a prompt and exceeding timely manner. Roch really "rocks." The price was the competetive, a little lower than the next quote, but the didn't try to upsell, and the quality looks good. The installation happened in 2 weeks after the measurements and they did it in 6 hours or so . I called back to get a quote for work they wouldn't be doing , and the salesman called back right away and gave me the name of a place to call. The only window guy who was good natured at all times.
